Hair Extensions Terms and Conditions :

• 100 % Deposit required for Hair Extensions to purchase the hair which is non refundable . We endeavor to do our best when applying Hair Extensions but cannot be held responsible for factory faults. Please follow all aftercare instructions by supplier.
• Factory Faults will be taken up with the relevant supplier.
• Strands of Love average lifespan 6 – 8 months only but can be longer depending on how client takes care of the Tapes
• Hair for Hair Extensions payable in advance before hair is to be ordered. Deposit for hair is not refundable.Should you decide not to do your hair after hair has been ordered and paid for we will give you the hair for you to keep until such time as you require the installation. 
• Marisa Bothma Hair reserves the right to change prices on hair at any given time due to exchange rate and rand/pound exchange .
• Prices for ProHair Fibre which has to be imported will be worked out on exchange rate of the day.

• Due to underlying pigments in the hair a toner might be necessary to complete the colour process – Toner price will be charged on and above Hi – lites and Balayage
• Add 20 % for Special Occasion
• AFTER HOURS AND SUNDAYS SURCHARGE 30% EXTRA ON AND ABOVE PRICE LIST QUOTE
• Only EFT deposits will be accepted for Hair Extensions deposits to be made into the following account :
